Bulk Delivery Terms & Conditions:
By ordering, you accept full liability for any cracking that may occur in your concrete or asphalt driveway due to the weight of the truck. We do not recommend having our trucks pull onto driveways that have been poured within the last 12 months. If you have a newer driveway, we can dump material from the street onto your apron or tree lawn.
New Heitz Site Services LLC drivers will not drive off of a hard gravel, asphalt, or concrete surface. Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage and delay. Our drivers will use their best judgement about unsafe or inaccessible environments. If low hanging branches or wires are blocking the way, please understand that the driver may not be able to dump in your exact desired location.
If you refuse delivery when it arrives, New Heitz Site Services can refund your material, but we cannot refund the delivery charge.
If you have selected two different bulk materials, please know that our trucks do not have dividers and your order will require two delivery trips.
Please ensure that there is at least 11 feet of side to side clearance for our trucks.
In cases of poor weather, you understand New Heitz Site Services LLC will still be bringing your delivery unless you call in advance to cancel. We ask that if you intend to cancel due to weather that you give us as much notice as possible.
