Supervisor
New Heitz Site Services, LLC is hiring an experienced Supervisor!
New Heitz is a growing company that is looking for an experienced Supervisor/Project Manager. This position will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of job sites, equipment, and crew alike. Must be proficient with common computer software to document daily project records and communication. Responsibilities also include the ability to work side by side with the crew to maximize daily efforts- This will include laborer responsibilities, such as shoveling or other “dirty” work. Supervisor is held accountable for crew performance and safety. Must have experience in the use of a diverse range of construction equipment, project knowledge, and safe work practices. We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades that is knowledgeable and experienced enough to manage projects and lead a crew, but can also fix equipment, operate machinery and get their hands dirty.
Required Qualifications/Skills
• Supervisor experience
• Willingness to get hands dirty
• High School or equivalent
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a physical and a drug screening
• Be able to pass background check for certain government work
• Able to stand and walk during entire shift
• Able to walk across uneven terrain and through loose sand and mud
• Reliable Transportation to and from job sites
• Timeliness, organizational skills, and multi-task
• Year-round, all weather work
Preferred Qualifications
• HAZWOPER
• OSHA 10
• OSHA 30
• Knowledge of HAZCOM
• CDL license

Laborer
New Heitz Site Services, LLC is hiring an experienced and goal-oriented laborer!
New Heitz is a growing company that is looking for an experienced laborer. This position will handle day-to-day physical tasks in year-round weather: Cleaning and preparing job sites, using a variety of tools and machines including light construction equipment, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws and pressure washers. Must be able to take direction from supervisor. We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades that is able to work directly with clients, operate/fix tools and machinery, as well as get their hands dirty.
Required Qualifications/Skills
• Quick learner who can follow directions
• High School or equivalent
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a physical and a drug screen
• Be able to pass background check for certain government work
• Able to stand and walk during entire shift
• Able to walk across uneven terrain and through loose sand and mud
• Reliable Transportation
• Timeliness, organizational skills, and multi-task
• Year-round, all weather work
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds to waist level in a safe manner
Preferred Qualifications
• Up to date CDL license
• Experience in site work, masonry, groundwater management, grading and seeding, etc
• HAZWOPER Certification
• OSHA 10
• OSHA 30
• Knowledge of HAZCOM
